A recently completed project involving the mixed-use regeneration of a whole urban block adjacent to King’s Cross Station, and involving both new build and refurbishment. The development comprises residential accommodation, shops, cafés/bars/restaurants and offices. Extensive landscaping and highway improvements also form part of the masterplan.
