Woodberry Down comprises four sites in Hackney on which Berkeley Homes, as the Council’s development partner, is committed to providing 1,300 new homes, of which 50% will be affordable. The development is the part of a wider regeneration scheme for over 4,300 homes in the area. The first part of the development takes the form of a 25-storey tower with the affordable units in smaller blocks arranged around the adjacent Hackney reservoirs.
