A new-build student housing led mixed-used scheme of 232 self contained direct-let units, forming part of the Elephant and Castle regeneration. Rolfe Judd set out key urban design principles at the outset which resulted in a bold design and a strong statement on Walworth Road, linking intelligently with the surrounding area to provide well-organised access throughout.
