Old Change Court, Petershill, on the south side of St Paul’s Cathedral, was one of a number of areas of the City where post-war comprehensive redevelopment had destroyed its historic urban “grain”. Rolfe Judd was commissioned to create a master plan and produce legible public spaces, with new routes relating to the historic streets and vistas focussed on Wren church towers and St Paul's Cathedral.
