This redevelopment project transformed a 1960s office block in the Mayfair Conservation Area into a new six storey office building of 5,600m². Contemporary in detail, featuring glass and steel balconies, railings and a central bay within brick buttresses, the design is sensitive to adjacent listed buildings and the varied scale of the area. On the ground and lower ground levels, are three large retail units and underground parking for 7 cars.
