Rolfe Judd was commissioned to redevelop the former De Beers headquarters building to provide a landmark office building of 235,000ft². The design concept was based on the creation of a sculptured stone form on this prominent City corner. The scheme comprises a 12-storey building, including three basement levels, with retail at ground level and a new landscaped civic space facing on to Holborn Circus.
