Condor House is located in the Ludgate Hill Conservation Area and forms a familiar part of the St Paul's Cathedral neighbourhood. The principal stone façades on three elevations were retained and new high quality office space and retail accommodation was constructed behind them. The new south-facing elevation to Carter Lane was sensitively designed to ensure that it related comfortably to the retained façades and the traditional character of the local area.
