This project provides 14,500m² across three office units, complete with 750 car spaces, on the site of the former Southwood Army Barracks, North West of Farnborough. The fully glazed buildings of two and three storeys front a landscaped boulevard and are separated by formal gardens and ponds. Two of the three buildings were pre-let to the British Gas and Road Services divisions of Centrica Plc, who took occupation in late 2001.
