Rolfe Judd carried out a major internal refurbishment of this landmark Listed 1960s office tower. The majority of floors were stripped out to structure and fitted out as modern air-conditioned offices, with a new core. The mid level café, reception, conference rooms, kitchenettes and toilets were also fitted out. Following decades of under-use, the building has achieved full letting.
