Rolfe Judd modernised Stratton House, whilst ensuring the preservation of its special architectural and historic interest and the preservation and enhancement of the character and appearance of this part of the Mayfair Conservation Area. The existing commercial use of Stratton House was retained, with all main floors being completely refurbished and extended to the rear at the higher levels. The new development also incorporates a residential apartment, accessed by a separate entrance, utilising the entire top floor, and including a roof-top terrace garden with uninterrupted views over Green Park.
