A major regeneration project comprising 478 residential units (of which 35% are affordable), a 119-room hotel, and a 127-room aparthotel, as well as a significant retail component. Community uses will also be accommodated, including a police liaison office and a management office for Hayes town centre. The site is immediately adjacent to Hayes Station, which will serve Crossrail from 2009. The project has involved consultation with British Waterways, Network Rail, Thames Trains, First Great Western and BAA.
