This residential-led mixed-use development comprises 572 apartments, of which 212 are affordable. A new public square at the heart of the site is surrounded at ground level by a strong mix of uses – gym, crèche, supermarket, retail, and office – which attract residents and members of the public alike, and encourage city life and vitality. A sculptural restaurant acts as the central focus of the square while a residential tower in the North West corner of the site provides a landmark for the development and a beacon for regeneration in the Borough area.
