Woodberry Down Kick Start Site One was the first phase of the cutting edge Woodberry Down Regeneration Project and now provides 498 new spacious homes within seven buildings situated in attractive landscaped areas, including new public spaces. The homes meet new housing and sustainable standards and were designed in consultation with local residents to meet their aspirations for new homes in the area. The scheme has received several awards for during 2011.
