Refurbishment of 33 Glasshouse Street, a Grade II listed building in the Regent Street Conservation Area, to provide separate office and retail accommodation. Floors three to seven have been fully refurbished to provide self contained office accommodation with a new office entrance and reception hall at ground floor level to Glasshouse Street. The existing retail tenant, Aquascutum, continued to trade throughout the development works.
