Rolfe Judd’s refurbishment transformed the listed former offices of Birmingham City Council into just over 200,000 ft2 of Grade A office accommodation, winning critical acclaim from several awarding bodies, including those listed below.

The judges of the BCO Awards praised the sympathetic restoration of the building and noted that the project was "a very fine achievement and an excellent example of how refurbishment can add enormous value to both building and its setting".
