Rolfe Judd obtained planning permission on 15th September 2010 for 79 residential homes on former MoD land at Douglas Close in Harrow. The scheme, which was on behalf of Notting Hill Housing, was designed by Pollard Thomas Edwards Architects and included 24 houses and 55 apartments with 50% of the total number of habitable rooms as affordable.

The scheme will achieve a level 4 Code for Sustainable Homes rating and include a series of private and communal amenity areas.
