Planning permission for Star Road, Hammersmith and Fulham

On behalf of Pocket Living, we have obtained planning permission for 18 intermediate apartments on a redundant workshop site in Hammersmith and Fulham. The scheme provides studio and one bed apartments for local people who are unable to gain access to private sector homes because of affordability but do not qualify for social rented housing. The scheme is highly sustainable and car free and Pocket is looking to start construction in the New Year.
