Client: Berkeley Homes

Rolfe Judd Planning, working on behalf of Berkeley Homes has secured planning permission from the London Borough of Hackney for a further two sites at Woodberry Down to deliver another 346 new homes within the first phase of the regeneration project. The permissions for Kick Start Sites Four and Five will deliver a range of affordable and open market housing with commercial units provided at ground floor within KSS5 within high quality sustainable buildings. The two schemes, one designed by architects Rolfe Judd (KSS4) and the other Hawkins Brown (KSS5) are within the parameters of the Masterplan and Design Code of the Outline Planning Permission and demonstrate Berkeley Homes' commitment to delivering Woodberry Down, one of the capital's largest regeneration projects with over 1300 homes already under construction or permitted for the first phase alone.
