Jon Roshier - BSc(Hons) MPhil MRTPI Director (Planning)

Jon joined Rolfe Judd in 2004 and became a Director within the Planning Team in 2007. He has a wide range of planning consultancy experience built up over the years from working on various high profile development projects from conception through to delivery. Jon’s understanding of the key planning issues influencing development, particularly within London, enables him to provide clear and impartial ‘planning’ advice to clients. His expertise lies in co-ordinating and progressing high-density mixed-use redevelopment schemes and devising detailed planning strategies for progressing complex redevelopment proposals and change of use schemes.
