Douglas Close, London
The project, which recently gained planning consent, will provide 79 residential homes on former MoD land at Douglas Close in Harrow. The scheme, which has been developed on behalf of Notting Hill Housing, was designed by Pollard Thomas Edwards Architects and includes 24 houses and 55 apartments with 50% of the total number of habitable rooms as affordable.
The scheme will achieve a level 4 Code for Sustainable Homes rating and include a series of private and communal amenity areas.
