The development involves the demolition of the existing warehouse and office building and redevelopment of the site for affordable residential accommodation comprising 69 units with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom self contained units, in a ground plus six storey building. The proposal also included a retail/café unit at ground floor.
