Rolfe Judd Planning secured planning permission from the London Borough of Barnet for the redevelopment of the former Zenith House site for 309 residential units (44% of these as affordable) and 1,700sqm of commercial and community accommodation. The scheme designed by Architects Pollard Thomas Edwards proposes a central perimeter block of around 6 to 8 storeys rising to 16 storeys situated around a landscaped courtyard with a further 17 houses located on mews streets.
