Baskerville House

The Grade II listed former offices of Birmingham City Council have been redeveloped to form an eight storey, 20,000m2, high specification modern working environment incorporating historic interiors. A dramatic glazed roof enabled two additional office floors to be created in contemporary steel and glass. The new roof and full height glazing creates unique space with two new atria at the heart of the building providing a spacious and dynamic modern environment.
