Former Gillette Factory, Great West Road, Brentford
Planning and listed building consent was won in November 2007 for the regeneration of the landmark former Gillette Factory to convert and extend the Grade II listed building to provide a 505 bed Hotel in tandem with the creation of a 47,000 sq.m. business campus to the rear. The development proposals required extensive consultations with LB Hounslow, neighbouring site owners, the GLA, English Heritage and the London Development Agency to ensure that a co-ordinated approach to the regeneration of this important site.
