Skinners' Company School for Girls, London
Rolfe Judd was recently involved in progressing planning and listed building applications for part conversion, part redevelopment of a redundant secondary school in Stamford Hill to provide 31 apartments within a converted Grade II listed building and 28 contemporary houses. The site has presented a number of challenges including the listed status of the main building which has required working closely with the architect and heritage advisor to secure flexibility from the Council in how the building could be adapted.
