Trinity Street, London, SE1
Working with developer London Realty, Rolfe Judd Planning obtained permission for a new residential development on a very sensitive site in north Southwark. The site, a former Pickle Factory, is located between two listed squares within a conservation area. Working closely with the architects and heritage consultant, we have overcome initial pressure from the Council and local residents to keep the existing buildings. The current scheme provides 22 apartments and 10 four bedroom houses within a traditionally designed scheme.
