Planning consultancy work associated with the upgrading and revitalisation of this world famous shopping street. Land use swaps as well as conservation area, listed buildings and public realm issues were successfully resolved as part of our brief to deal with all planning aspects of the portfolio. We also worked collaboratively with many agencies to improve the quality of the mixed retail, commercial and residential environment in line with Westminster City Council’s ambitions to enhance the area.
