Planning permission won on appeal for MTV for creation of a TV studio at first and second floor levels of this prominent corner site in Leicester Square. We had previously obtained permission for the freeholders (CLSH Holdings plc) for conversion of this former office building to a night club and entertainment complex, and for the large external electronic display screen.
