A major urban area regeneration project on a site located between Covent Garden and Soho involving the mixed retail, restaurant, entertainment, office and residential refurbishment and partial redevelopment of properties for a high density mixed-use scheme. The proposals incorporate 32 residential units, new retail/restaurant units, a new public square and significant improvements Long Acre and surrounding streets. Permissions and Section 106 Obligations were negotiated and obtained in 2007.
