Planning and listed building consents obtained to revitalise and refresh the Whiteleys shopping centre on Queensway in Bayswater. Developing strategies to improve the centre’s retail and restaurant offer including the provision of bespoke mall-trading facilities, external alterations associated with the centre’s rebranding, and changes of use to provide for the inclusion of new leisure facilities, including a new basement level bowling alley.
