Dorset Green, Dorset
Input into the preparation of a comprehensive Masterplan to support the regeneration of a former UKAEA site within Dorset. The future phased development is set to deliver c. 20 hectares of new business / technology development, alongside residential, leisure, retail and community uses. The Masterplan is currently being progressed through Purbeck's Local Development Framework and the first phase of the business development received planning permission in December 2009.
