Medina Yachting Village, Isle of Wight
A substantial brownfield site in Cowes directly adjacent to the Medina Estuary. We have been appointed to drive forward the regeneration of this important site. Current proposals include substantial new housing, marine industrial uses, a new marina, new retail/commercial uses, community improvements, a museum and new public realm. The scheme will open up public access to the sea front, and restore a listed crane. A detailed planning application is planned during Summer 2008.
