Regent Quarter, Kings Cross
Permission was won for P&O Properties to redevelop four city blocks close to Kings Cross station as offices, residential, hotel and leisure/retail. Working with the architects, a masterplan was prepared, which included part conversion and part redevelopment of the properties. Substantial challenges including shallow rail lines, listed buildings, and keen local community involvement.
