Rolfe Judd Planning is assisting in securing planning permission and approval of Reserved Matters on a series of sites across Woodberry Down, one of the capital's largest projects. The Outline Permission proposes 4500 new homes across 31 hectares of land. We have so far secured detailed permission for over 1000 residential units on 3 phase one sites with detailed applications for a further 1000 units to be submitted before the end of 2010 on 2 further phase one sites and phase two. Extensive consultation has been undertaken with locals and other stakeholders in the preparation of the applications.
