Hemel Hempstead
Planning permission was obtained in 2007 for part conversion, part redevelopment of the former Kodak Headquarters for a mixed use development comprising 435 new homes, 10,000 sq.m. of offices and 1600 sq.m. of retail accommodation. The existing 20 storey office building is a landmark feature and will be re-clad with additional storeys. The new residential and commercial development will be provided with new public realm and also includes a new pedestrian footbridge linking the site and the town centre.
