Success in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge

JUNE 2018

It was all worth the training and effort as we smashed our fundraising target on Saturday in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge. We have currently raised over £4,000.00 in this event for Centrepoint, our partner charity.

A dedicated team from Rolfe Judd successfully ascended and descended for 24 miles in very challenging weather conditions. The tail end of storm Hector didn’t dampen our spirits and determination and everyone arrived back safely, albeit with a few aching limbs.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated and took part. Our donation page is still available if you would like to donate.

All smiles as Alice heads up Pen-y-Ghent, the long descent from Whernside and huddling for warmth near Ribblehead Viaduct

As we headed for home, the clouds finally parted, revealing the spectacular views

On the start line, we were excited, positive, optimistic and dry!

Our brave participants were Jan Donovan, Steve Harvey, Claire Clark, Stewart Drummond, Angus Drummond, Ruby Burns, Nick McDonald, Tiffany Mallen, Chris Brown, Simon Gillett, Phil Dunphy, Rupert Litherland, Alice Gunter, Kate Ludden, Clare Ludden and Analeise Smith
