“I joined Rolfe Judd as director in February 2016. I was looking to take the next step in my career after working for more than a decade for two large international practices, one in New York and the other in London.

My career up to that point consisted of working on a number of high profile large-scale projects of various typologies around the globe. The work was exciting and enriching but I wasn’t being offered the opportunities for growth and exposure which I wanted to further develop my career as an architect. In effect, I was looking to spread my wings and expand my horizons.

Rolfe Judd offered me an incredible opportunity to work at a very high level amongst a group of extremely talented people. Additionally, it offered me the variety of experience and opportunity for growth that I craved.

Since starting at Rolfe Judd I have been involved in a wide variety of projects from small to large. These include heading a team to design and deliver the renovation of Guildford Cricket Club, leading the design of a 297 unit mixed-use scheme, Clapham Southside, to a unanimous recommendation for approval by the Local Authority and managing a large 900 unit mixed-use scheme through to planning submission in Croydon.

In addition, I have had the opportunity develop my own client base, work on numerous pitches, feasibilities and competitions and have a say within the management structure. This has been further supplemented by a healthy work life balance and a great office social culture.”
