Baskerville House meets Commonwealth Games 2022

We feel truly privileged to see our Baskerville House project on a daily basis as a backdrop to the BBC’s Broadcast Studio, as we continue to watch in awe sporting stars from all corners of the world battle it out in the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

This classic, seven-storey Grade II listed building was transformed by Rolfe Judd Architecture to provide high-quality office accommodation after being vacant for many years. Located on Centenary Square, one of the centre’s most notable public spaces, Baskerville House shares great company with the Library of Birmingham, the Symphony Hall and the ‘Raging Bull’, the proud symbol of the Games. The atmosphere in the square has been vibrant from the kickstart of the games.

The Commonwealth Games which started this last Sunday will be on until the 8th of August and has seen success for England in many disciplines. We wait with baited breath to see how we finish in the table and will continue to enjoy viewing Baskerville House as a backdrop to the buzz of the Games.
