Jaśminowy Mokotów II Award Shortlisting
Jaśminowy Mokotów II has been shortlisted for the Architectural Award of the President of the Capital City Warsaw in The Best Residential Building category.
Jaśminowy Mokotów II housing complex is an offer for enthusiasts of logical and carefully thought-out architecture ensuring comfort, safety and ecological solutions. The intimate, two-story, multi-family buildings in the Scandinavian style were designed in subdued colours and a human-friendly scale. Integral parts of the estate are, a park with space for recreation, green inner courtyards, and safe playgrounds for the youngest, well-thought-out small architecture. The project meets the requirements of the BREEAM certificate.
The Architectural Award of the President of the Capital City Warsaw is granted in six categories, the best public building, the best commercial building, the best residential building, the best revitalisation, the best public space and best architectural event. The organiser of the competition and the founder of the prize is the president of the capital city Warsaw.
The award is granted in cooperation with the Warsaw Branch of the Association of Polish Architects, the Mazovian Regional Chamber of Architects of the Republic of Poland and the Warsaw Branch of the Association of Polish Urban Planners.
Winners will be announced in October.
