Our Malt Street project for Berkeley Homes will see the redevelopment of a five acre former industrial site off of the Old Kent Road, and will deliver 1300 homes and 7,000 sqm new commercial space with a linear park at the heart of the development which traces the historic route of the old Grand Surrey Canal. This new public space will connect the Old Kent Road and Burgess Park,  becoming a new permeable route for both the new and existing community.

To the south of Millwall Football Club, our Deptford Foundry project for Anthology has created a truly mixed-use community of 316 new homes and workspaces for artists and designers on the site of a former metal foundry. Taking design influences from the site’s former history, the new buildings are clustered around a new central, pedestrian and cycle route which connects the new community with Deptford through calm and tranquil landscaped spaces and squares.
