Tall Buildings Featured in NLA Survey

Six Rolfe Judd projects are featured in the NLA London Tall Buildings Survey. The annual survey researches the effect, pipeline and contribution that tall buildings make to London’s changing skyline.

Marsh Wall, Harbour Central and Cobalt Tower

Bronze, Saffron Square and Nine Elms Point

Our featured projects range from 20 to 45 storeys and in the main form part of a major regeneration project with lower rise buildings. Marsh Wall on the Isle of Dogs has achieved planning. Under construction are Harbour Central on the Isle of Dogs, Cobalt Tower in Deptford and Bronze in Wandsworth. Saffron Square in Croydon and Nine Elms Point in Vauxhall are both complete.

Our case study feature on Harbour Central explains the design thinking behind this distinctive development. The careful arrangement to provide over 900 new homes combines buildings of different heights around new public realm.
