Adam Bielawski

Adam has extensive experience in the delivery of residential and office developments.

His knowledge and experience range from concept design through technical design, to completion. Adam’s strength is his versatility of skill and flexibility of approach at various stages of the project design.

Adam has contributed to the design of numerous commercial office, residential, and mixed-use projects, involving both new builds and refurbishments. His experience with commercial projects includes the refurbishment and extension of 36 Queen Street in the City of London; the restoration of the 18th-century listed townhouse at 15 Bolton Street, Mayfair, now an office building; as well as the recently completed Great Pulteney Street and the refurbishment of the common areas at Golden House. In the residential sector, Adam’s work includes the Saffron Square development in Croydon, a landmark scheme comprising nearly 800 flats, and the Green Quarter in West London, where he is currently working on its delivery stage.
