John Kelly

John provides up-to-date technical input on projects, overseeing the coordination of structure, services and materials. He is fascinated with the intricacies of how buildings could be constructed and also has a keen interest in sustainable buildings. In this crucial role he takes an active lead in quality control and planning of work to meet deadlines. John is also the team lead for CAD mentoring in the practice.

With an extensive experience in mixed-use residential development, John is a key team player on a number of projects. These include Harbour Central, on the Isle of Dogs, Deptford Foundry in Lewisham and the new scheme for Guildford Station in Surrey. He also has commercial experience on buildings in the City of London.

John graduated in 2001 with a BSc in Architectural Technology from Waterford Institute of Technology, Ireland. He joined Rolfe Judd as an Architectural Technologist in 2012.
