Marzena McCarthy

Design and Construction have always been of interest to Marzena. She leads our document control team who ensure the quality of construction documentation that leaves the company. They are our last line of quality assurance, which is very important to us.

Marzena is a very well-organized individual with exceptional attention to detail and a great ability to work independently or equally as part of a team. In addition to her role, she uses her teaching background and leadership skills to deliver staff training on internal and external systems. Marzena’s in depth knowledge of numerous document management systems enables her to develop, as well as deliver, innovative and effective solutions to issues that may arise.
