New Bond Street

A mixed-use, responsive scheme for 105-106 New Bond Street in the Mayfair Conservation Area.

The development, is dual-fronted, facing both New Bond Street and Haunch of Venison Yard. Three floors of new retail and four floors of new office accommodation will be provided behind the retained New Bond Street façade, which will be improved and extended in keeping with the heritage of the location.

The design is sensitive and responsive to its context, marrying a historic fabric with contemporary architecture by using the hierarchical influences from the existing. The proposal is designed to enhance the appearance of the building facing New Bond Street and also improve Haunch of Venison Yard. In addition, it will add to the character of the Mayfair Conservation Area and neighbouring listed buildings.
