A mixed-use development involving the comprehensive refurbishment of a historic Grade II listed building, construction of new offices and a new residential house with terraces and garden.
Completed to a high specification, the offices are arranged behind both retained and new facades. Accommodation is on basement, ground floor and four upper storeys. The design includes re-modelling of the roof and the rear portion of the building.
A new, adjacent, single residence uses traditional brickwork and natural stone construction. The design is both contemporary and sympathetic to the historic context.
