This imposing, classic, seven-storey Grade II listed building has been transformed to provide high- quality office accommodation.
Formerly the offices of Birmingham City Council, the building was vacant for many years. Two additional floors now provide a total of seven floors of office space. Elegant and timeless, Baskerville House is one of Birmingham’s most prominent landmark buildings and is situated on Centenary Square, one of the city’s main public squares.
The sympathetic restoration of the building has won critical acclaim from several awarding bodies, including the BCO who described it as “a very fine achievement and an excellent example of how refurbishment can add enormous value to both building and its setting”.
