A new village nestling between the Grand Union Canal and rail transport links has facilitated a new calm community in a busy urban setting.
The scheme at High Point Village is part of the strategic regeneration of Hayes and provides a mixture of housing tenure, as well as the Staycity Aparthotel and on site leisure facilities. The site was a former scrapyard and is adjacent to Hayes and Hillingdon station. The design accommodates the new Crossrail station, providing excellent transport links to both Heathrow and central London.
A split level, state of the art, gym and pool complex is located within the village; the leisure facilities serve the residents of the apartments, aparthotel guests and the local community. Also provided are dance studios, exercise rooms, sauna, hot beds, and treatment rooms, all of which overlook the pool.
