The second of two separate office buildings; Proximo I and Proximo II. Together they form one striking development on the busy Warsaw thoroughfare of Prosta Street. The building completes the Proximo development providing a further public realm and retail space in a rapidly growing part of the business district.
This second building is designed to create a unified whole with Proximo I with 11 and 7 storey sections providing 17,000 square metres class AA office space and 680 square metres retail space. A two storey basement car park together with ground floor built-in and on-site car parks provides 225 car parking spaces as well as racks for 65 cycles.
Sustainability measures to reduce energy consumption include eco-friendly materials and an intelligently controlled building services system. These and a range of other measures mean that the building has achieved a BREEAM Excellent rating. The cool contemporary interiors incorporate some classically designed furniture to create a smart but relaxed business environment. Internal lobbies were designed in collaboration with Pininfarina, the renowned international design studio.
