Proximo I and Proximo II form a successful, high quality office development of two distinct buildings. They are both located next to each other on the busy Warsaw thoroughfare of Prosta Street which is a rapidly growing part of the business district. The metro station entrance is adjacent and The Museum of Warsaw Uprising is nearby.
The contemporary buildings utilise all the advantages of the location which together provide 42,000 square metres of class AA office space, ground floor retail units and new public realm. The project was conceived as two independent phases which when complete form one striking development.
The building name alludes to Proxima Centauri, the nearest known star to the sun and this concept is reflected in the entrance constellation design. Interiors throughout are smart and contemporary with lobby areas designed in collaboration with Pininfarina.
